No misinformation — The limitations of sleep medicine research is considered, but please do not promote blatant unscientific information, blatant AI-generated content, and wholly unproven therapies, especially those that may be harmful.

Nuances are recognised and some concessions are given to the legitimacy of advice when it comes to discussion of PAP therapy, such as pressure settings, as opinions may even differ between professionals in the medicine field. Therefore, not all content will be rule breaking.

Be Civil & Supportive — Snoring can be a source of significant stress, sleep deprivation, and relationship tension. While venting is allowed, attacks, name-calling, or shaming snorers (or their partners) is not. Constructive criticism is welcome; bullying is not.

No Spam, Scams, or Affiliate Links — Affiliate links, referral codes, crowdfunding, and dropshipped gadgets are strictly prohibited. Zero exceptions.

Brands/Creators: Self-promotion requires ModMail approval before posting. Approved users receive a "Verified" flair. Unapproved promo or hit-and-run spam will result in a ban. We do not approve supplements.

Users: Honest reviews are welcome, but you must explicitly disclose if you received the product for free or have any financial ties to a brand.

Stay on Topic — Posts must relate to snoring, sleep apnea (OSA/CSA), sleep hygiene, or the impact of snoring on relationships/lifestyle. Off-topic memes, politics, or general sleep posts unrelated to breathing issues will be removed.

No NSFW Content — While sleep is a bedroom activity, this is a health and support subreddit. Do not post nudity, gore (e.g., post-surgery photos must be tagged NSFW and blurred), or sexually explicit content.

Respect Privacy & Consent — Do not post photos, videos, or audio recordings of other people without their explicit consent. While recording a partner to play back for a doctor is helpful, posting it publicly on Reddit without their permission is a privacy violation. Anonymized audio is preferred over video.
