Hallmark and/or General Identification — Posts asking to identify hallmarks/maker's marks, or general information like style/ era/ age are permitted, but your posts MUST include CLEAR photos of any hallmarks, as well as clear photos of the entire front and back of the piece. If the hallmarks are small, download a magnifying app on your phone or take pictures through a magnifying glass or jewelry loupe. Good lighting and a white background are best for getting clear photos. If your photos are blurry, your post will be removed!

"Help Me Find X" Type Posts — If you are looking for a specific piece or type of jewelry, you may post it here asking for help to find it ONLY AS A LAST RESORT. Your post MUST include what efforts you have put in to try and find the piece yourself, or it will be removed. A simple image search for what you're looking for is often all that's needed, don't be lazy. Or just post in r/helpmefind or r/findfashion instead!

Missing Context and Low Effort Posts — If your post is missing crucial context, like photos or a description of what your post is about, it will be removed.
